During this interactive remote event, participants will:

1. Recognize why scripts can be a help or a hindrance

2. Identify how to write effective e-learning narration and facilitator guides

Smoky Mountain Chapter has been pre-approved by the ATD Certification Institute to offer educational programs that can be used towards initial eligibility and recertification of the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) credentials. This program qualifies for a maximum of 1 point.

Speaker Bio: Synthia Clark is head of projects at McKinnon-Mulherin. She manages a team of about 20 and works on client projects as an instructional designer and project manager. She has an MS in instructional technology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a BS in corporate communications from Austin Peay State University.
