Speaker Bio: Synthia Clark is head of projects at McKinnon-Mulherin. She manages a team of about 20 and works on client projects as an instructional designer and project manager. She has an MS in instructional technology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a BS in corporate communications from Austin Peay State University.
