Develop a Meaningful Learning Journey for yourself and your team. Develop and Coach your team/staff's training needs while utilizing the newest tools and resources available via the ATD Power Membership.  This session will provide a "deep dive" into the ATD Capability Model with easy to access tools, white papers, blog posts and other resources to assist your navigation of our "New Normal World" while creating and tracking a meaningful Learning Journey for you and your team.

      

During this interactive remote event, participants will learn:

1. Data driving the ATD Capability Model (e.g., What topics are hot in East TN and Southeastern USA?)

2. How to Personalize ATD Resources for your needs.

3. Accessing ATD Capability Model, Resources, and Team Building Tools.


Program Time = 12:00pm - 1:00pm EST

Program Cost = Current Chapter Members Free | Guests $10.00 | Students $5.00

Speaker Bio:  Bianca Clark; ATD Chapter Relations Manager, Eastern Chapters

  Bianca Clark is the Chapter Relations Manager for ATD’s eastern area chapters and brings a background in volunteer management and nonprofit operations to the role. She is passionate about relationship-building, strategic thinking, and supporting chapters as they access ATD resources and work toward their goals.
