In this dynamic discussion, Dr. Stacy Myers will discuss how 2020 events will effect our workforce as we move into 2021.  Helpful tips for Talent Develop Leaders to identify challenges and opportunities for managing remote teams, improve communication, and coaching with flexibility.

2.  List 4 key opportunities for managers as remote teams return back to the workplace.

Stacy Myers is the founder and president of E-Assessments, Inc., a company that provides assessments which make the business of workforce development more effective through a self-reflection process. Prior to founding E-Assessments Inc., Dr. Myers founded and ran Advanced Management, Inc. for over 30 years and had successful careers with two major corporations. Before entering the corporate world, he was a Professor at Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois and the Coordinator of Graduate Studies in Communication at Morehead State University in Kentucky.
